At Throttle Rider, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number.
Shipping Times We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Europe: 10–20 business days
- United States & Canada: 14–28 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 14–28 business days
- Rest of the World: 14–30 business days
These are estimated delivery windows. Most orders arrive within this timeframe, though occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, local postal services, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Any applicable free shipping promotions will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update in the system.
Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days after dispatch, please contact us at throttle.rider.tiktok@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.
Incorrect Delivery Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Throttle Rider is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us within 12 hours and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
