RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Throttle Rider, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, to ensure fair use of our return policy and to protect against misuse, the following conditions apply.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and uninstalled.
• The item must be in the same condition as received.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• All accessories, hardware, manuals, stickers, and included components must be present.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.

Products that have been installed, mounted, modified, scratched, damaged, used on a vehicle, or otherwise show signs of use may not qualify for a full refund.

Return Authorization Required

Do not send any items back without contacting us first.

The return address and return instructions will only be provided after the return request has been reviewed and approved.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless:

• The wrong item was received.
• The item arrived damaged.
• The item arrived defective.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable where permitted by law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned packages are properly packaged and shipped. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Condition of Returned Products

Returned products will be carefully inspected upon arrival.

If a returned item:

• Shows signs of installation,
• Shows signs of use,
• Contains missing parts,
• Has damaged packaging,
• Has been altered in any way,

a partial refund may be issued or the return may be rejected.

If a return is rejected due to customer-caused damage or use, the customer may be required to pay shipping costs to have the product sent back.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, unclaimed packages, or failed delivery attempts may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow the standard return process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos showing the issue.

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may delay or affect the outcome of the claim.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

Customers located in the European Union have the legal right to cancel or return eligible orders within 14 days of receipt.

Returned products must be sent back in suitable condition and with all original packaging and components.

Customers may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Refund Processing

Once a return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after approval.

Banks and payment providers may require additional time before funds appear in your account.
