Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use it to follow your package every step of the way.
How to Track Your Order
- Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email from Throttle Rider.
- Find your tracking number in that email.
- Visit the tracking link provided in the email, or use one of the tracking portals below.
Tracking Portals
Depending on the carrier handling your shipment, you can track your order using one of the following:
- 17Track — supports most international carriers
- Parcels App — universal tracking for worldwide shipments
- Your national postal service website (e.g. bpost, Royal Mail, USPS, Australia Post)
When Will My Tracking Update?
Please allow 2–3 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to appear in the system. International shipments may show limited updates while in transit between countries — this is normal.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Europe: 10–20 business days
- United States & Canada: 14–28 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 14–28 business days
- Rest of the World: 14–30 business days
These are estimates. Most orders arrive within this window, but occasional delays can occur due to customs or local postal services.
My Tracking Hasn't Updated — What Should I Do?
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days after dispatch, don't worry — contact us and we'll look into it right away.
Reach us at throttle.rider.tiktok@gmail.com with your order number and we'll respond within 24 hours on business days.
